As a Pharmacy Refill Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting patients throughout their medication journey by coordinating refills, assisting with pharmacy inquiries, and helping ensure timely access to specialty medications. What You'll Get Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one 401(k) with company match 4 weeks PTO and 10 paid holidays Paid parental leave and disability benefits Career growth and professional development opportunities Employee wellness programs and resource groups As a Pharmacy Refill Technician, You Will Make outbound refill calls to patients and assist them through the refill process from start to finish.  Answer inbound pharmacy calls, resolve patient inquiries, and appropriately triage concerns.  Coordinate medication refills and ensure accurate prescription data entry and documentation.  Support claim adjudication and troubleshoot insurance rejections to help patients access their medications.  Collaborate with pharmacists and providers to clarify prescription information when needed.  Help maintain appropriate medication inventory and identify medications requiring special handling or storage.  Assist with coordinating supplies needed for patient therapies, such as sharps containers and injection supplies.  Maintain accurate records and update patient information across multiple systems.  Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.  Deliver compassionate, knowledgeable, and exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and pharmacy team members.  What You Need Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment required. National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) strongly preferred but not required.  High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience required Strong phone, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.  Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
