We provide some of the region’s best care, including several nationally ranked specialty programs. Scripps Green Hospital is attached to Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines. Together we offer dozens of medical and surgical services, including cancer care, orthopedic surgery and organ transplantation. Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time Schedule: 72 hours per 2-week pay period | 12-hour Day shifts Location: Scripps Green ICU (La Jolla/Torrey Pines) This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K . We are the only transplant hospital for the Scripps system, transplanting liver, kidney and pancreas. Our 24-bed mixed ICU poses a great challenge to make sure you keep yourself updated on best practices and different patient populations. We are a teaching facility with in-house Intensive Care Pulmonologist that manage our patients closely with nursing collaboration. Join our team of Registered Nurses (RN) at Scripps Green Hospital ICU, where you will be amongst a team that is dedicated to creating an environment that is focused on restoring function and optimizing care, while maintaining the respect, autonomy and individuality of every patient. Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. With quality patient and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision. Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
