~ FT10082 Title Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer Position Type Perm Industry Materials Management Start Date ASAP Salary$ ~ $ 75,000 Location Baytown, TX United States Citizenship Required Yes Security Clearance No Travel Percent 10 Relocation Assistance Yes Degree 4 year degree Years Experience • 3 Job Description B.S. in Electrical or Chemical engineering or related degree with 3-10 years of instrumentation and Electrical experience; Working knowledge of the maintenance and engineering of field instrumentation/Electrical devices, analog and digital controls, distributed and computer controlled systems and programmable logic controllers(PLC); Exceptional instrumentation and Electrical field hardware knowledge as well as a working knowledge of process and operations; Knowledge of the National Electric Code, power distribution up to 480V, and 480 V/2300V/4160V motor control; Working knowledge of DCS (Provox, Delta V), and PLC configuration; Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft office software; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member; Problem solving and analytical skills; Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate to all levels of employees as well as external vendors; Ability to interact with management in various departments is required in coordinating and complying with approved standards and policies; Ability and willingness to travel, when required; Ability and willingness to work extended hours and provide call-in coverage, when required.
