# Professional Sales Data Analyst I

The Professional Sales Data Analyst specializes in advanced reporting, data maintenance, automation, and governance to streamline decision-making. Replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions, deliver accurate and user-friendly dashboards, and uncover insights that drive sales performance and operational efficiency. Essential Job Functions Create and maintain Professional Sales reporting through software solutions (Domo/Salesforce) Analyze weekly sales call data to uncover trends Use AI tools to identify patterns in data Data validation Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Professional Sales Collect data for monthly Professional Sales newsletter Maintain existing reporting Support manual data entry tasks Assist with administrative tasks within the department as necessary All other duties as assigned Skills/Education/Experience Required: 2 year or 4 year degree, preferably in Business, CIS, Computer Science, Economics or Mathematics. Strong analytical skills. Complex query statement construction experience (SQL/MySQL). Acute attention to detail prior experience working with relational databases, large datasets, and ETL processes. Experience transforming data into usable information for non-technical consumers. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills. Able to provide a high level of customer service inside and outside the team. Proficient with Excel, Access, and Word. Flexible and adaptable to new direction as business problems change. Desired DOMO or other Bi Tools experience Excellent verbal/writing skills. Self-motivated Ability to work with limited supervision. Collaboration and creativity, Commitment to participate in additional training. Experience in Automotive Retail or Service Industries.
