# Technical Customer Service Representative - Technology & Software

Role: Call Center Representative Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver excellent customer service Resolve customer issues and provide product and technical support Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions Utilize CRM tools and adhere to detailed processes Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Comfort with using CRM software and following structured processes Strong customer service orientation Additional Information: Robust training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities for skill development in customer experience, sales, and technical support are provided to support professional growth.
