# Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN

Role Overview As an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing hemodialysis. Your responsibilities include monitoring patient health before, during, and after treatment, educating patients and families about kidney care, coordinating with physicians and the care team, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. This role is suited for nurses interested in building strong patient relationships, gaining expertise in dialysis, and providing education about treatment options. Key Duties Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care Monitor patients throughout treatment Educate patients and families on kidney care Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team Support quality improvement efforts Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current RN license and BLS certification Meet state nursing practice requirements Preferred: One year RN experience, dialysis, nephrology, or chronic care background Growth & Benefits Offers paid dialysis training, no overnight or Sunday shifts, opportunity to build long-term patient relationships, and career advancement through a Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $50.00 per hour, based on experience and location. Note: No dialysis experience required to start; supportive, collaborative team environment.
