Role Overview As an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing hemodialysis. Your responsibilities include monitoring patient health before, during, and after treatment, educating patients and families about kidney care, coordinating with physicians and the care team, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. This role is suited for nurses interested in building strong patient relationships, gaining expertise in dialysis, and providing education about treatment options.
