# Product Specialist (New Grad)

We're looking for a Product Specialist (New Grad) to join our Product team . You'll work closely with Product Managers, Artists, and Developers, and play a key role in supporting product decisions, improving game features, designing new levels, and contributing to the performance and player experience of our games. At Agave Games, we create games that reach and inspire millions of players around the world. We’re a passionate, product-driven studio with a sharp focus on quality, creativity, and player satisfaction. Requirements New grad with a bachelor's degree (or in your final year) Strong interest in mobile games and how they are built An analytical mindset with curiosity for working with data Sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail Clear communication and problem-solving skills Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams Eagerness to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Analyze player behavior and game metrics to identify improvement areas Support the design and iteration of game features and mechanics Conduct competitor and market research to generate insights Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests Collaborate with engineers, artists, and data team members Contribute ideas to improve gameplay and player experience Support product decisions with data and research Life at Agave Private health insurance All-day meals and healthy snacks at the office, prepared by professional chefs Free access to the on-site gym to support a healthy lifestyle Centrally located office in Istanbul with easy access to public transportation Continuous learning and professional development opportunities Fun and inclusive team events and activities Relocation support is provided when needed
