Qualifications Strong foundational cooking skills, including grilling, frying, and basic food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients. Reliability in punctuality and attendance, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced commercial kitchen is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, or move items as commonly required in restaurant kitchen environments. 2 years cooking experience at minimum Line cook who is speedy with breakfast , Lunch and dinner cuisine Able to read tickets and create tasty food served fast Shift 4am to 12noon Must have identification that is valid Pre-scheduled From time to time must be able to travel to the other location in Sylmar
