# SAP Performance Tester/Load Runner (TMA2007)

The Performance Analyst will execute all phases of the Performance Lifecycle in order to support business initiatives.
• They will work with diverse teams including Functional, ABAP and BASIS to ensure the performance health of the production environments.
• Key knowledge areas include planning, functional understanding, Systems understanding, SAP performance understanding and Oracle performance understanding.
• This position requires working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Individual must be self driven, open and honest and definitely possess good communication skills
• Expertise in Load Runner mandatory and highly desirable SAP based testing/performance tuning - "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines".
