Position Summary The Administrative Assistant provides entry-level professional administrative support to partners, managers, and firm professionals. This role supports daily administrative activities, communications and scheduling, maintaining records, assisting with client service needs, and contributes to an efficient and professional client experience. Primary Responsibilities Provide administrative support to partners, managers, and client service teams Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials Assist with client meeting preparation and follow-up activities Maintain electronic and physical client records and administrative files Support engagement-related administrative activities during tax, audit, and advisory deadlines including client communication such as phone calls Assist with client communications, mailings, and document preparation Track deadlines, tasks, and administrative priorities Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn and follow established processes and procedures Ability to work collaboratively with team members and provide excellent service Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Ability to learn project management systems/workflows Adaptability to new technologies Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred Experience supporting professionals, managers, or teams preferred Experience in public accounting, professional services, or a similar environment preferred Work Requirements And Physical Demands Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to maintain reliable attendance and fulfill scheduled and time-sensitive responsibilities, subject to applicable leave and reasonable-accommodation requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers by telephone and through other communication methods, with or without reasonable accommodation. Regular computer and desk-based work, with the ability to change position as needed. Occasional movement of files, supplies, or records weighing up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation, assistance, or equipment when appropriate.
