Staff Accountant

Venteon Finance is currently seeking a talented STAFF ACCOUNTANT for a stable and growing client in Farmington Hills. This is a rapidly expanding company in the Real Estate industry. RESPONSIBILITIES of the Staff Accountant will include: Preparation of Financial Statements for assigned locations / properties Process journal entries on a timely basis to maintain accurate bank balances Prepare year-end accounting packages for external auditors Prepare month-to-month and year-to-date budget variance analyses Perform monthly closing of general ledger procedures EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Minimum of 3+ years of related experience Strong General Ledger Skills Experience with the preparation of monthly financial statements
