As a Precision Manufacturing Assembly Technician, you’ll transform individual parts into finished assemblies, using careful technique and clear instructions to produce consistent, high‑quality results. A day in the life Start your shift by reviewing the operation manual and following written steps to drive consistency in how each unit is assembled. Assemble components using hand tools—including pliers, screwdrivers, and box cutters—as well as appropriate power tools. Package completed parts into cartons and finish with auto tape dispensers to prepare product for shipment. Champion safety by adhering to all company safety measures to maintain a safe, secure workspace. Support teammates and contribute to a positive environment by proactively resolving conflicts and helping others. Work with manufacturing leaders to incorporate feedback that lifts performance and product quality. Pitch in with additional tasks as needed to help your team hit milestones. What you bring Comfort performing repetitive motions with lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds per part). Strong time management and a track record of meeting deadlines. Collaborative, respectful communication style. Ability to read and follow written instructions from an operation manual. Proficiency in machine building/assembling and blueprint reading.
