# Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our Quality Assurance Department at our Headquarters in Çekmeköy, Istanbul. Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems Monitor and follow applicable regulations and regulatory requirements for cosmetic and OTC products intended for domestic and international markets Develop, implement, and maintain the processes, procedures, and systems required to manage Quality Assurance activities in compliance with FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, cGMP, and applicable OTC requirements. Regularly monitor and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Ensure effective communication between Management, Production, and relevant departments to support the efficient execution of Quality Assurance processes Plan, coordinate, and follow up on improvement and corrective action projects related to products, processes, and Quality Management Systems Prepare quality-related reports, analyses, and documentation requested by Senior Management Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality awareness and quality culture across the company and within the Quality Assurance Department Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs, preferably within a multinational pharmaceutical, food supplements, cosmetics, or FMCG company Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management Hands-on experience with QDMS or similar Quality Management System (QMS) software GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certifications are preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office applications
