# Registered Nurse

Mental Health Association of Rochester

Role: Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a community hospital setting. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor their status. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Document patient information thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Support patients and families through education and emotional support. Maintain safety and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt to a diverse clinical environment. Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
