# Senior Real Estate Accountant

Responsible for assisting in the processes necessary to meet monthly internal and quarterly SEC reporting requirements. Responsible for general ledger accounting for three properties Review monthly budget to actual variance reports and prepare variance explanations Prepare detailed quarterly and year end supporting work-papers External joint venture financial reporting Preparation of audited financial statements for joint venture partners and lenders Debt compliance; reserve draws Reconciliation of intercompany accounts Familiarity with treatment of related party transactions Interface with the company's external auditors Oversee the completion of ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed Interface with personnel throughout the company to maintain the proper flow of information Assist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts 8+ years of finance/accounting and systems related experience Bachelor’s Degree Less than 10 years of related experience in a Fortune Organization Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, JD Edwards World and/or Microsoft NAV strongly preferred Experience with Oracle/Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, Kronos Time & Attendance and Ariba Procure-to-Pay preferred $90K plus bonus
