Senior Financial Analyst

Compensation: Job Overview – Senior Financial Analyst – JO# 34477 Our client is a large, established organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and contract-related financial planning. This role will analyze financial trends, identify risks and opportunities, and serve as a key financial resource to internal leadership and business partners. Job Responsibilities Develop annual budgets and ongoing forecasts. Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances. Evaluate financial risks, exposures, and recovery opportunities. Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders. Support contract compliance, rate adjustments, and financial obligations. Develop processes and controls to improve forecasting and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, HR, and other teams. Support special projects and strategic analysis for senior leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting or finance experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications CPA or CPA candidate. Experience with financial systems, reporting, or BI tools. Process automation experience. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
