Compliance Specialist – KYC

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist – KYC to join the Compliance team of an international banking institution under our consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Know Your Customer (KYC), Due Diligence, and Compliance processes by reviewing, assessing, and completing customer and transaction records in accordance with the bank's internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Review, assess, and complete customer and transaction records as part of daily operational activities, Perform customer verification and related operational controls within Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and, where required, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes, Perform screening, sanctions, and related risk assessments in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements, Escalate high-risk cases or matters requiring further review to the relevant teams and stakeholders, Execute operational processes in compliance with the bank's internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, Collaborate with relevant teams to support operational processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, Preferably 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or compliance operations, Hands-on experience in KYC, Compliance, AML, CDD, EDD, Screening, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring , or similar operational processes, Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail, Process-oriented mindset with the ability to work accurately in a regulated environment, Strong communication and collaboration skills, Good command of English, both written and spoken.
