# Entry-Level Business Development Associate - No Experience Required (Las Vegas) | $80,000-$120,000

As an Entry-Level Business Development Associate, you will learn how to begin client conversations, understand needs, organize follow-up, and contribute to new business activity. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who wants a professional environment and a clear process to learn. No previous industry experience is required. Your background may be in customer service, athletics, hospitality, recruiting, retail, fitness, or something completely different. If you can communicate, take feedback, and keep going when there is work to do, you have a useful starting point. Training provides the process while daily activity helps you get better. The role is designed for people who want their skills, responsibilities, and income opportunity to grow beyond a basic entry-level path.
