If you have strong financial analysis skills, enjoy working with data, and can turn complex financial information into actionable business insights, we’d like to connect with you. 📍 Location: Multiple Locations – USA 💼 Role: Financial Analyst 🏢 Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Remote depending on the opportunity 📊 Experience: 2–5+ Years 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Perform financial analysis to support business planning and strategic decision-making • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses • Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, operating performance, and key financial trends • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Track KPIs and develop management dashboards and reporting packages • Perform Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual analysis • Identify financial risks, trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance gaps • Conduct ad-hoc financial and business analysis for leadership teams • Work with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Improve reporting processes through automation and data-driven solutions • Present financial findings and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders 🔹 Required Skills ✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, financial formulas ✅ Financial Modeling & Forecasting ✅ Budgeting & Variance Analysis ✅ FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) ✅ Financial Statement Analysis ✅ P&L / Income Statement Analysis ✅ Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Analysis ✅ KPI & Management Reporting ✅ Data Analysis & Business Intelligence ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills 🔹 Technical Skills That Stand Out 💻 Excel | SQL | Power BI | Tableau 📊 Financial Modeling | Forecasting | Budgeting | FP&A 💼 ERP/Financial Systems – SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday or similar platforms 📈 Dashboard Development | Data Visualization | Reporting Automation 🔹 Preferred Qualifications 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration , or a related discipline 📊 2–5+ years of Financial Analyst, FP&A, Business Finance, or related experience ⭐ Experience working with large datasets and translating financial data into meaningful business insights ⭐ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 🔎 Relevant Job Titles Financial Analyst | Senior Financial Analyst | FP&A Analyst | Corporate Financial Analyst | Business Financial Analyst | Finance Analyst 📩 Interested?
