Support & Supervise Caregivers: Provide guidance, oversight, and ongoing support to Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction. Onboard & Educate: Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing training, competency evaluations, and in-services to support caregiver success. Coordinate Client Care: Act as the central point of communication between clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources, ensuring continuity and quality of care. Promote Quality & Compliance: Help ensure care delivery meets BAYADA standards, client expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
