# Staff Accountant & Senior Accountant (Public Accounting)

Mango & Huber, CPAs, a full-service, boutique public accounting firm located in Springfield, NJ, provides a full spectrum of tax, accounting, audit, financial statement and consulting services to individuals and businesses. Due to continued growth, we're currently seeking hands-on, well-rounded self-starters with 3+ years of recent public accounting tax and audit experience to assist with tax, audit and accounting engagements for a diverse roster of privately held clients. Responsibilities: Tax Services – Prepare individual, corporate, partnership and trust & estate tax returns Audit Services – Assist with audit engagements including preparation of financial statements, reviews and compilations Accounting Services – Lead engagements throughout all phases of accounting including tax research and projections, bookkeeping and consulting Client Services
• Build client relationships and work collaboratively with clients Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of recent public accounting tax and audit experience CPA license is a plus Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service, and PC skills including MS Excel, QuickBooks and accounting software proficiency (Thomson Reuters UltraTax software proficiency is a plus) Ability to professionally lead engagements, effectively interact with clients and staff at all levels and juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Prior experience in the construction or real estate industries is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary of $80,000-$150,000/year, commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401k plan Flexible work hours and arrangements with generous PTO and vacation time and limited overtime hours during busy season Professional growth opportunities In-office lunches Paid CPE credits If you are seeking an excellent opportunity to grow your career with one of the top firms in the area and are eager to hear more about becoming a key part of our team, please submit your resume by clicking 'Apply' above.
