Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in East Weymouth, MA. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about durable medical equipment services. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, coordinating delivery and setup appointments, updating patient and client records, and communicating with technicians to ensure timely service. The role also involves handling concerns, resolving issues, and following up to ensure a positive customer experience for both home healthcare patients and commercial clients. The representative will work closely with team members across departments to support efficient operations and high-quality service. Qualifications Strong skills in customer service and customer support, with the ability to respond to questions and resolve issues professionally. Experience focused on customer satisfaction and customer experience, ensuring interactions are respectful, clear, and solution-oriented. Background as a Customer Service Representative or in related customer-facing roles in healthcare, medical equipment, or similar service industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain technical information in plain language. Solid organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in data entry, order processing, and documentation. Comfort working with computer systems; willingness to learn new tools and processes. Ability to work on-site in East Weymouth, MA, collaborate with team members, and interact with patients and commercial clients in a professional manner. High school diploma or equivalent required.
