Role Overview As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Medical Group, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while effectively communicating with the healthcare team. What You Will Do Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families. Effectively communicate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. Demonstrate clinical competence and maintain current clinical knowledge in your area of specialty. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS or ACLS certification per HFHS policy. Successful completion of HFMG Pharmacology test. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Experience in the specialty area.
