Maintenance Associate - Facility Maintenance

$23 hour base rate plus time and a half premium rate of $11.50 hour = up to $34.50 per hour for all hours worked Minimum Qualifications / Experience Requirements Must be a minimum of 18 years of age A good command of the English language, both written and spoken Basic digital communication skills; smartphones, email, and text messaging Proficiency with hand tools including wrenches, drills, hammers, screwdrivers etc. Experience in facility maintenance Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems. Welding experience Arc and Mig Experience in plumbing Required to wear safety equipment for different environments. Must be able to work in high environment Must be able to obtain ariel lift certification Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions Fabricate and repair protective guards for facility Work on projects to improve building and operation process. Completing repairs on building structures and equipment. Completing PM services on Facility equipment.
