# FACILITY MANAGER – BODRUM & ISTANBUL

Job Purpose To manage the company’s facilities, security, administrative services and information-security activities while ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities Manage facility operations, maintenance and supporting services. Coordinate relations and correspondence with airport and government authorities. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, security, environmental and workplace requirements. Manage physical security and support emergency-response planning. Coordinate employee services, transportation, travel and general administration. Oversee company vehicles, equipment, contractors and service providers. Coordinate information-security systems, procedures, training and external technical support. Support quality audits and ensure timely completion of corrective actions. Report safety, security and compliance concerns to the relevant departments. Participate in management, quality and safety meetings when required. Candidate Profile Relevant university degree. Experience in facilities, security or administration, preferably in aviation or another regulated industry. General knowledge of health and safety, environmental and information-security requirements. Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Good command of Turkish and English. Ability to coordinate multiple departments, authorities and service providers.
