Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgery

Provide direct nursing care to patients in perioperative settings and other high-acuity units, including: Pre- and post-operative cardiac surgery patients Patients with cardiac dysrhythmias receiving IV drips Vascular surgery patients General medical overflow patients Responsibilities Deliver safe, compassionate, and appropriate nursing interventions Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care Assess patient needs and evaluate care provided by other caregivers Protect patient rights and maintain confidentiality Qualifications/Skills Strong clinical nursing judgment and ability to manage complex patient populations Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team Competence in patient assessment and care evaluation Commitment to ethical care, patient rights, and privacy standards
