# Data Center Facility Engineer

Facility Expert (Critical Infrastructure / Data Center) Location: Istanbul, Türkiye Global Infrastructure Projects ！！Turkish & English Preferred | Chinese is a Plus TITANICOM is hiring experienced Facility Experts to support mission-critical infrastructure operations across large-scale international projects. We are looking for professionals with backgrounds in:
• Data Centers / IDC
• Semiconductor / Chip Manufacturing
• Precision Manufacturing
• Pharmaceutical / Laboratory Facilities
• Battery Manufacturing
• Critical Industrial Infrastructure Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure environments
• Support power, HVAC, low-voltage, and facility systems lifecycle management
• Handle incident response, fault recovery, RCA, and risk analysis
• Develop and optimize SOP / EOP / MOP operational procedures
• Lead emergency management and operational readiness activities
• Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and change management
• Drive operational stability, compliance, safety, and efficiency improvements
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across regions Requirements:
• 5+ years of Facility / Critical Infrastructure / IDC operations experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, or facility systems
• Experience in mission-critical environments preferred
• Familiar with incident management, risk control, and emergency response
• Team management and project coordination experience
• English required; Chinese preferred
• Able to support on-site response when incidents occur What We Offer:
