In this role, you will help protect product quality, maintain required temperatures, complete accurate transportation records, and keep our operations moving safely and reliably. This position is home daily. What You’ll Do Operate a Class A tractor with a 53' refrigerated (reefer) trailer on local delivery routes in the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area Complete 2–3 customer deliveries per day with attention to detail and professionalism Transport frozen finished goods between company facilities, warehouses, and designated cold storage locations Monitor and maintain proper reefer temperature settings throughout each delivery Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle and reefer unit inspections per FMCSA regulations Accurately verify loads, track deliveries, and obtain customer signatures Communicate proactively with dispatch and operations on route status Maintain a clean, safe, and organized cab and reefer trailer at all times , What You Bring This is what you need to succeed: At least 21 years of age Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Clean MVR — no major violations in the past 3 years Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen Experience with 53' refrigerated (reefer) trailers and temperature-controlled environments Ability to work early morning start times (3:30 AM – 5:00 AM) consistently Strong communication skills and a professional mindset Ability to read, understand, and complete shipping and transportation documentation A strong commitment to safety, food quality, dependable attendance, and punctuality Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, stay organized, and manage multiple daily deliveries Authorized to work in the United States Other Preferred Qualifications Experience in food, bakery, or perishable goods distribution Familiarity with ELD/electronic logging devices Multi-stop local delivery route experience Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work includes freezer, refrigerated, outdoor, and changing weather conditions Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Regularly enter and exit vehicles and perform standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting Safely operate commercial vehicles and warehouse equipment.
