Electrical Maintenance & Automation Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance and Automation Proficient in English, both written and spoken Strong command of MS Office applications Experienced in electrical and automation maintenance processes, troubleshooting, and breakdown management Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments Hands-on experience with Siemens systems, including TIA Portal and SIMATIC technologies JOB DESCRIPTION Plan, execute, and supervise electrical and automation maintenance activities while leading the maintenance team Manage electrical and automation installation and commissioning processes across the facility Maintain records related to utilities maintenance activities and equipment breakdowns Monitor shift reports and ensure effective coordination between departments Develop and implement energy-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives Manage planned, predictive, preventive, and periodic maintenance and inspection activities for machinery and facilities Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards and conduct risk assessments Supervise contractor activities and coordinate emergency response plans
