General Manager - Santa Clara

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at JETSET Pilates • Rivermark. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. They will also be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, tracking expenses, payroll inputs, and vendor spend; operate within the approved budget and escalate variances for Owner approval and  budgets, and maintain a positive and motivating studio environment.
