Pharmacy Technician

Pay $14 and hours are 5 am • 5 pm Mon • Fri. Position function is as primary resource in handling customer contacts via telephone ranging from routine to complex. Delivers the highest quality customer service through the execution of responsiveness reliability, assurance/confidence, empathy, and professional impact on every customer interaction in a fast-paced pharmacy call center. Verifiable Pharmacy Tech license/certification (training certificate not acceptable) Responsiveness Attendance reliability is critical Ability to express assurance/confidence Ability to express empathy & professionalism Must show team-oriented, customer service focus Ability to identify process improvements highly desirable Must be self-directed Must have the ability to apply knowledge and skills learned in training.
