Enhencer AI Ads is an AI-powered platform that helps e-commerce companies maximize the performance of their Facebook and Google Ads through advanced machine learning algorithms. With a global customer base and a strong track record of results, we are rapidly scaling our operations. As part of our growth, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market reach. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Enhencer AI Ads, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by generating and qualifying leads, initiating outreach, setting up meetings, and closing the deals. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—responsible for understanding their needs, nurturing relationships, and clearly communicating the value of Enhencer’s AI-powered ad optimization platform. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential leads through various outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, events, etc.) Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and sales readiness Initiate and maintain engaging conversations to understand customer pain points and needs Clearly articulate Enhencer’s value proposition and how it addresses prospect challenges Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for the sales team Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to continuous improvement of outreach strategies Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and optimize the lead pipeline Requirements: Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation role in SaaS or digital marketing agencies Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or the e-commerce ecosystem Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
