Sales Consultant – Medical Tourism Location: Istanbul(European side) or Izmir, Türkiye Work Model: On-site / Office-based Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Medical Tourism / Healthcare We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing international medical tourism team. What You’ll Do Communicate with international patients via WhatsApp, phone calls and online channels Follow up with leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to booking Introduce our treatments, packages and services in a clear and professional way Build strong relationships with patients and provide an excellent customer experience Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve sales targets Maintain accurate patient and sales information in our CRM system What We’re Looking For Fluent English is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, proactive and target-oriented personality Strong sales and persuasion skills Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment Previous sales experience is a plus, but full training will be provided Experience in medical tourism or healthcare is an advantage Additional languages are a strong advantage: Portuguese, Polish, French, Romanian or Spanish Candidates who speak one or more of these languages may have a higher chance of being considered.
