Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical team, providing compassionate, individualized care to patients with diverse medical needs in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and update care plans Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Monitor and report changes in patient status to providers and the interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families to support understanding and safe self-care Document nursing care accurately and maintain required records Support safe patient transitions and promote positive clinical outcomes Qualifications Active RN license BLS certification Medical-surgical experience preferred ACLS preferred
