Senior Compensation Analyst Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week) A highly successful, Boston-based professional services organization is looking to hire a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their HR team to lead the annual compensation review cycle and administration, benchmarking, modeling, analytics, and more. Responsibilities: Lead enterprise compensation initiatives, including annual pay reviews, salary benchmarking, incentive planning, and bonus analysis to support competitive and equitable rewards programs. Deliver compensation guidance for hiring, promotions, organizational changes, and workforce planning by leveraging market intelligence, job evaluation methodologies, and internal pay equity considerations. Manage and enhance compensation frameworks, job architecture, salary structures, and related policies while identifying opportunities to improve processes and maintain market competitiveness. Produce compensation analytics, dashboards, surveys, and reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, executive decision-making, pay equity assessments, and regulatory compliance requirements. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure data integrity, administer incentive programs, address compensation inquiries, and maintain compliance with wage and hour regulations and pay transparency laws. Qualifications: 6+ years of progressive compensation experience Experience working for a professional services organization strongly preferred Direct experience leveraging compensation management platforms (i.e. Payfactors) Well-versed in using compensation modules within an HRIS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
