Junior Layout Engineer

What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Assist in the layout design of analog IP circuits under the guidance of senior engineers and participate in the development flow from initial design to final tape-out. Support the team in handling basic analog module layouts such as Bandgap, ADC/DAC, LNA, PLL, DCDC, LDO, etc. Collaborate with circuit design and senior layout engineers to understand layout requirements and ensure basic circuit performance optimization. What You'll Bring (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines. New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience or internship in analog layout design. Basic knowledge of Linux systems and layout design & verification tools such as Virtuoso, PVS, and Calibre is preferred. Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor theory and an understanding of common circuit topologies. Strong willingness to learn layout floor planning, parasitic optimization, matching rules, and noise interference control. Good communication and learning abilities, proactive, and with a strong sense of responsibility. Basic written English communication skills; fluent oral English is preferred. Why Join Us?
