Core Product Lead Deployment The Core Product Lead Deployment role is supports the management of our centralized lead deployment process we utilize to deliver prioritized leads associates can use to engage with the right clients at the right time to retain and grow client relationships. Under limited supervision, the role works with key business partners from across the enterprise to design, develop and deploy leads in a consistent, scalable, and efficient manner. The role is responsible for intaking, refining, and working with partners to evaluate lead ideas, to prepare and package leads for delivery, to prepare teams to execute on the leads they receive, and to monitor key success metrics. Key Responsibilities and Duties Supports the full end-to-end process which begins with intaking each idea and closes with the evaluation of its success. Completes a 2-step intake analysis on all lead ideas and actively manages the complete pipeline through each step. Utilizes repeatable processes to engage with key partners throughout the construction of the lead list (i.e. clients to engage), and ensures proper suppressions are applied to the development of each list. Works with line of business client facing teams to determine recipients of leads and capacity, and prepares the leads to be deployed through the enterprise CRM system to the appropriate team at the agreed upon time. Partners with enablement teams to ensure associates receiving leads understand what they are receiving, why, when, and the expected client conversation. Partners with enablement teams to monitor progress, adoption trends, and to determine continued education or communication needs. Partners with analytics to ensure lead dashboards are updated and each lead is tracked so we can determine its success or failure. Communicates results to business partners and uses those results to inform future intake requests. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 7IC Required Qualifications: 3+ years financial services experience Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years financial services experience University degree Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, data filters, VLOOKUP's, etc) Previous experience in PowerPoint slide creation Previous experience in Salesforce CRM Demonstrated experience in problem solving, project management, team collaboration, and influencing without authority across team lines.
