Registered Nurse - Float Pool - ICU/ED

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool Unit at a medical center. This role is a full-time , day-shift position (7am-7:30pm, 3 shifts per week) with rotating weekends. Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across various units Assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhering to safety and compliance standards Qualifications And Skills Required Graduation from an accredited nursing program Oregon RN license upon hire American Heart Association BLS certification At least 1 year of nursing experience Key attributes: strong clinical skills, adaptability to diverse patient needs, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
