# Respiratory Therapist

Bold Steps Behavioral Health

Role: Respiratory Therapist I or II Responsibilities Provide evidence-based respiratory care to a diverse patient population. Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions. Manage ventilators and oxygen therapy. Perform diagnostic tests and respond to respiratory emergencies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Support patient and family education. Contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of respiratory care practices and procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, learning-focused environment. Strong communication and patient education skills. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
