Position Overview As a Product Designer at Quore, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and customer-centered user experiences across our products. Partnering with Product Management and other stakeholders, this role contributes to product discovery and translates product and design direction and complex requirements into incredible user experiences. The Product Designer owns design execution from exploration through final deliverables and applies independent judgment to develop thoughtful solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations. The designer owns the continuous improvement of our products. This role will work in-person 4 days a week. Primary Job Responsibilities: Partner with Product Management and other stakeholders to understand user needs, clarify user problems and provide design recommendations that inform product solutions. Translate established product and design direction into thoughtful, user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications. Execute the design process from established direction through final delivery, including exploration, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs and development handoff. Produce interactive prototypes and visual designs suitable for stakeholder review and engineering implementation. Write and refine interface microcopy to support usability and consistency. Apply established design standards, patterns and component libraries to create consistent user experiences. Evaluate existing workflows and designs to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement within established product and design direction. Participate in cross-functional design reviews by presenting solutions, communicating design rationale and incorporating feedback. Follow recurring UX patterns and recommend scalable solutions that support consistency across products and platforms. Stay current on emerging design patterns, industry trends and best practices relevant to enterprise software and mobile experiences. Collaborate with engineers throughout implementation to clarify design intent, address questions and help maintain the quality of the final user experience. Support the continuous improvement of Quore’s products. Required Qualifications 3+ years experience in product design, UX design or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Visual Design or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, including user-interface design, visual design, typography, interaction design and ideation. Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful, outcome-oriented design decisions that balance user needs, business goals and technical considerations. Experience designing across web and mobile platforms, including Android and/or iOS, with an understanding of platform-specific considerations. Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering and other cross-functional partners to develop and deliver user-centered solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. The ability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies and design practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing digital products in SaaS, B2B or enterprise-software environments. Experience designing products or user experiences within the hospitality industry.
