Construction Project Manager - Commercial Glass & Glazing

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial glass and glazing construction, overseeing projects from award through completion. Technical knowledge of glazing systems and experience reviewing and coordinating shop drawings, fabrication drawings, construction drawings and specifications. Expertise in managing project budgets and schedules, monitoring material and labor costs, and keeping projects on track. Experience reviewing contract scope, coordinating vendor and subcontractor buyout, and managing purchase orders and change orders. Ability to coordinate fabrication, material deliveries and installation activities in collaboration with field superintendents. Experience managing submittals, requests for information, project documentation and permitting coordination when required. Familiarity with payment applications, schedules of values and vendor or subcontractor payment review. A proactive approach to jobsite safety, quality control, inspections and closeout, including punch work, warranties and as-built documentation. Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, general contractors, vendors and internal teams. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented, proactive management style and a “Make-it-Happen” attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project, along with relevant construction management software. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field will be considered.
