🚀 We're Hiring: Service Dispatcher 📍 Department: Service 📄 Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Dispatcher to join our Service Team! If you're a strong communicator who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. 🔧 What You'll Do: Open and manage service tickets in our service management system Schedule and coordinate service visits based on customer needs and engineer availability Act as the communication bridge between customers and our Service Team Assign and follow up on service activities with our field engineers Upload and maintain service documents and reports in customer/system records Monitor open tickets and ensure timely follow-up and closure Ensure accurate, complete, and high-quality service data entry Prepare regular service activity reports Support the team in improving scheduling efficiency, response times, and customer satisfaction ✅ What We're Looking For: BA degree in Chemisrty, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or any other related field Min. 3 years of service experience Strong computer and software skills (advanced Excel, service management systems, etc.) Excellent communication and persuasion skills Ability to manage and coordinate across teams A proactive, organized, and quality-focused mindset
