# Client Service Banker – Contact Center

Role Overview: This position involves providing phone-based client service on-site, serving as the primary contact for inbound calls, handling call routing, authentication, and issue triage. Responsibilities include resolving banking needs such as account inquiries, funds transfers, payments, and digital banking support with a focus on first-call resolution . Educating clients on digital tools, de-escalating concerns with professionalism, and documenting interactions accurately are essential. Compliance with identity verification, privacy, and fraud prevention procedures is required, along with adherence to bank policies and regulations. Teamwork, participating in ongoing training, and process improvement are key duties. The role requires working onsite with flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s preferred) and 1-3 years of client-facing experience in banking, financial services, or call centers. Skills needed are excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency with call handling tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office. Technical skills, bilingual abilities, and comfort working in a metric-driven environment are advantageous. The training lasts 8 weeks, with scheduled shifts following completion.
