Legal Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for daily contract reviews for the representative office, including but not limited to procurement, sales, loans, and related party transactions. Responsible for legal compliance of subsidiaries, such as industrial and commercial registration updates and changes of legal representative. Responsible for business compliance reviews, covering publicity guidelines, human resources, and after-sales litigation response.
