# Technical Customer Service Representative - Technology & Software

Role: Call Center Representative Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service for global brands. Resolve customer issues, provide product and technical support, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Utilize CRM tools and follow detailed processes to ensure efficient service delivery. Meet performance targets and maintain quality standards. Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills in customer experience, sales, and technical support. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Comfort with using CRM systems and following established procedures. Motivated to learn and grow within customer service, sales, and technical support roles.
