Customer Success Representative

Position Overview This entry-level role provides proactive customer support designed to strengthen satisfaction, usage, and long-term relationships. Work environment: This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
