He/she will assist other branch personnel, including key managers in a variety of administrative tasks. This position has a salary range of $22 - $28 per hour depending on experience. Job Responsibilities Responsible for office reception functions including greeting customers, vendors, and associates Provide general administrative support for managers and staff Receive and distribute mail and respond to routine correspondence Create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence Maintain several types of records Issue purchase orders for employees making purchases at local vendors Maintain a professional attitude and appearance Complete special projects as required Accomplish responsibilities as required using business software as approved by WSFP Distribute and process AP invoices Process AR deposits. Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High School diploma or GED; and/or one to two years related experience and/or training Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Puts forth a courteous, friendly, helpful attitude always when receiving office visitors, answering the phones, or dealing with other associates Willing to pass a post-offer drug screen test and background check All qualified applicants with Western States Fire Protection Company will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation and gender identity, national origin or status as a qualified individual with a disability or protected veteran.
