You will be the voice behind the chat, assisting AT&T customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch assistance in a timely manner. Your Role Will Include: Responding to customer inquiries via chat with a friendly and professional demeanor Resolving issues and providing information about AT&T products and services Handling customer complaints and questions effectively, ensuring satisfaction Maintaining a positive attitude while managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously Documenting conversations and ensuring follow-up where necessary Requirements Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and clear tone Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat support, is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Ability to handle high volumes of chat interactions efficiently Familiarity with AT&T products and services is advantageous Proficiency with computers and chat support software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits Monthly COMISSION • To qualify for the monthly commission, YOU MUST WORK 150 HOURS AND 7 DAY FUNCTION RESOLVE 91% OR HIGHER.
