This position involves transporting and operating heavy equipment, assisting with rerailing operations, load adjustments and transfers, track maintenance and repair, and other physically demanding job-site activities. The role requires individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, operating a variety of construction equipment, performing physical labor, and responding quickly to emergency service calls. Employees may average 60+ hours per week, with some weeks reaching approximately 70 hours depending on emergency response and operational needs.
